About the Role:
Our client in the IT sector requires an IT Support / Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance to users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle IT support queries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install and configure computer systems
  • Maintain IT logs and documentation

Requirements:

  • Matric + IT qualification or certification (A+, N+, etc.)
  • Experience in IT support/helpdesk roles advantageous
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
